Residenza Ducato offered an amazing stay in Venice. The spacious apartment suited my family perfectly, especially with the well-equipped kitchen just minutes from a grocery store. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to major attractions like San Marco and Rialto within a short walk. Staff members, especially Paola, provided excellent service, helping us navigate the winding alleys and even arranging water taxis seamlessly. However, we did encounter some minor inconvenience with the room doors. They were a bit tricky to lock and unlock, which led to us needing assistance with the master key. Despite this, our overall experience was delightful, and I would readily return for another visit!
