the location made it super easy to stroll over to the rialto bridge in less than 15 minutes and enjoy some of the best pasta at dal moro's fresh pasta to go nearby, which was perfect for our weekend urban wanderings.

Impeccably clean apartment. Great value for money experience with a solid setup for basic kitchen needs.
Timed hot water in the shower shuts off after a few minutes, which can be a nuisance. Kitchen is small, offering limited space for cooking, and noise from neighboring rooms and street traffic can be heard intermittently.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect, making it easy to check out spots like Ca' d'Oro and La Fenice Theatre. Our room was super clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They arranged everything from our arrival to our exploration, easing our travel nerves. Would recommend staying here for a laid-back trip with great access to attractions!
We ran into a slight issue with the shower's timed hot water, which could be frustrating if you're in a hurry. But everything else was great!

Residenza Ducato offered an amazing stay in Venice. The spacious apartment suited my family perfectly, especially with the well-equipped kitchen just minutes from a grocery store. An unexpected treat was the delivery of fresh pastries each morning, creating a warm start to our day. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to major attractions like San Marco and Rialto within a short walk. Staff members, especially Paola, provided excellent service, helping us navigate the winding alleys and even arranging water taxis seamlessly. However, we did encounter some minor inconvenience with the room doors. They were a bit tricky to lock and unlock, which led to us needing assistance with the master key. Despite this, our overall experience was delightful, and I would readily return for another visit!

The apartment was spacious and stylish, really exceeded my expectations! The kitchen had all the essentials, and I loved the comfy bed. Plus, the daily delivery of fresh pastries was such a nice surprise. Being able to walk to major attractions easily was a huge bonus too. Just a heads up—the kitchen could use a bit more light, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when Paola arranged a water taxi right to the dock and made us feel so welcomed upon arrival. The intimate garden area was perfect for sipping coffee and relaxing with a good book, and the beautiful amenities made it feel so special. My only small quibble was that the kitchen area could use a little more light and ventilation, but it didn't affect my overall experience. 😊

The team was exceptionally professional, arranging our airport transportation and ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries delivered each morning, a delightful touch that started our days beautifully. The door mechanism took some time to get used to, occasionally requiring assistance to lock or unlock.
